Agrivaal Heritage Site

This was demolition with a difference – we had to ensure the safety and preservation of a heritage site. The demolition involved cutting between the two buildings while keeping the heritage section perfectly intact. Both buildings had to be stripped and items from the heritage construction had to be carefully stored and replaced in the building exactly as they appeared when it was originally built. All crushable material was removed from the site. This demolition received Green Star accreditation.
